It is so wonderful! It really goes in depth with how profiling really works. It keeps a great story line all the way through, with many twists and bizarre themes. The characters in the show are established very well, with interesting personalities that really hold the show together.

I like the show a lot, it's my favorite, but the customer service is AWFUL. I ordered my item a week ago and haven't received any email updates on it whatsoever - they don't even have the tracking number yet (this is not their fault though). My bank wouldn't let them charge my card and I didn't know until I asked what the hold up was because Mycollects didn't bother to let me know. I recently asked them about its whereabouts because the "update" on the website just says "Waiting for Tracking Number" and found out it has been shipped already. Where was my email letting me know? The words "your item has shipped" are nowhere to be found. Also, don't bother calling them if you speak English because they don't even offer an OPTION for English.If I had known about all of this when I ordered I would've spent the extra ten bucks ordering from a different site. Their multiple grammar and spelling mistakes should've been a red flag.

I am an avid watcher and fan of "Criminal Minds." The fifth season is phenomenal. Every season I say to myself, "It can't get any better than this," and every season it goes above and beyond the previous one. Hard to believe, but true. The season finale this time was shocking!!!! It is worth it just to get the fifth season to see the final episode!!!
